The Blip Bug
Back home today and as always I start my clear out. My sister and brother-in-laws place always feels so uncluttered when we are there so when I get back home I go on an annual purge. The result of this is that there wasn't much opportunity to blip and it is my 100th as well!
However, when we were getting the bags from the attic to go on our vacation I asked my husband to get his old camera down. I've caught the blipping bug and would like to try and improve my photography. If you look back you will see it is mainly the iphone I use because it is so convenient, however, I do want to move onto other cameras and see what I can achieve. Much work is required I believe. I've been looking at new camera's but not sure what to go for plus a wee bit of saving will be required before I can purchase one. So I'm going to use this for a while...it's a move to film again which we haven't used for almost a decade now. So I need to get myself organised and buy that film and also some batteries for it. We'll see how I go.
Not a very exciting 100th blip but an appropriate one, I feel.
Pleased that 100 days on I haven't missed a day, although I did get some help from the kids. I find that I take more notice of my surroundings these days, looking for that days blip and it's a great way of keeping a journal...a discipline I have tried since a child and only really achieved successfully over this last 100 days, even if some back blipping has been required at times...as is evident currently! It's also nice to be part of such a supportive and friendly community.
Thank you blipfoto.
