Delta 3200 does slightly help available-light photography in a place like Spoon as it stops me worrying about how much chroma noise is visible even in the tiny little on-camera preview image. It means that I can relax and choose an aperture where more than just the breadth of one of stewartbremner's beard-hairs will be in focus. It doesn't mean that I can forget about everything else I usually think about when taking a picture, even if I usually found I've done them without thinking too hard about trying to do them.

Film-camera experimentation will continue but I don't think I'll bother too much with Delta 3200 when HP5 pushed to 1600 is a bit cheaper and much easier to rephotograph digitally.
