Home again

We left Melrose at 8.30 this morning in the sunshine. Needless to say it didn't last! Put the rain jacket on, took it off. Repeated lots of times! We took the most direct route back to West Linton (40 miles) as my stomach had not been happy all night and my knee was niggling. Glad to be home again to dry out properly. We did a total of 180 miles in 2.5 days - not bad for an old bird (especially one who hadn't even riden a bike in the last month - oops!). I imagine the young bird will be out at spinning class tonight to get some extra training in...
