My day was not a good one.

My company is going to turn down my request to reduce my days down from 5 to 4 when my lass finishes maternity. In 10 months time.
The reason they have given me is that they don't know what resources they will need in 10 months time. 10 months notice and you don't think you will have managed to shuffle things around to allow one member of staff to go down 1 day a week. Now you're just embarassing yourself by openly admitting your ineptitude.

On the way home I knelt down in the middle of a very wet field and took this blip. I then walked of smiling to myself, happy that my blip was done.
