Banana loaf

Woke up this morning and didn't think the day would come to much so set myself a little project to do something with the over ripe bananas we seem to have amassed this week.

Haz suggested banana loaf so as I've never made it before I looked up some receipes.

We had a few errands to run and stopped off at the supermarket on the way home to collect the missing ingredients for the loaf - oh and of course a loaf tin!

By the time we got home the sun was out so it was maybe not the best job in the world to attempt however I'm quite pleased with how it turned out. I had thought initially that it was overdone on the outside and a bit under on the inside but the proof is in the eating as they say and it got our vote :D
