rediscovered beauty

Mrs Wood-e and I have been doing up our flat for...too long. After dipping and stripping 17 doors and 4 sets of shutters, we turned to the ironmongery and were able to 'save' 3 of the original locks that had been in the flat.

This one had been painted pink!

Returned to a former, and perhaps not as originally intended, glory I love these locks.
