I Can Cook ... Muffins

Another blip this week, beautifully illustrated by my beloved as I am still in the office, way past the kids bedtime, finishing a significant piece of work ahead of a rapidly approaching deadline.

Parents with children of a tender age, such as we are, will be familiar with Katy and her little helpers. She's a favourite of our girls. Potential ingredients for the pictured delicacies were gifted to us at the weekend by allotmenteering friends. Baking muffins with courgette, carrots and kids was an opportunity to be grasped (the last ingredient is purely optional).

Simple and delicious they were. Bring on the courgettes!
