Watch the birdie

This little bird was found lying on a pathe this morning. In spite of waiting to see if mum or dad would come it now appears to be an orphan.
There was no nest nearby to be seen either.
So we are busy keeping this little baby happy and fed.
When it is big enough it will be fed in the garden to allow it plenty of time to feed and learn to be free.
I won't know what kind of bird this is until it is fully fledged and has got it's colours, but I tink it is likely to be a blue tit or one of their family.
