La Cité de Carcassonne

Grey day today so we decided to do something cultural and headed to the fortified town of Carcassonne. The site is on the UNESCO list of World Heritage.

This shot is taken inside the "Cité" as it is a town of itself with a fortified castle, cathedral...ice cream parlor :-)
