Lovely to have spots of bright colours mixed up with the vegetables in the garden. This is an English marigold - calendula officinalis "art colours" and the petals look lovely scattered over a mixed salad, even if they don't really taste of anything. Some late afternoon sunshine today, though it's now grey and raining again.
