History in Awareness

Today I went to a friend after work and took another way home. On the way around our company I saw this memorial between some bushes on the backside of our security wall. I kew that there was a branch of the concentration camp Buchenwald here in the town in 1944/45, but I didn't realize, that it was on the same place where our office building is standing nowadays.
As written on the memorial: "Their affliction must not be forgotten!"
