Ammonite
- Backblip -
This is probably the oldest Blip I will ever post. It is 180 million years old. A fossil shell, approx 8 inches top to bottom, from the Lower Jurassic sediments found in Humberside. It belongs to my friend Dr B.
I think it rather fine, and so was the excellent dinner we shared last evening. I know another Dr B will be looking out from the other side of the world to see what I chose to Blip from the very interesting collection. You might get a piece of a meteorite next time!
