Pooped!

Today Grandma took time off work to spend with Phoebe and myself, and once we were all awake and sorted we headed over to Hoodles play barn in Oldmeldrum. It seems that with the weather being so poor everyone else had also decided to go there, the play barn was just stuffed with kids, this just encouraged Phoebe as she headed straight into the play area, I was following her around and helping her up some of the higher steps she is still too small to get up as well as going flying down the slides with her, and just like last time as soon as she fell over at the bottom she began rolling around in hysterics, it was great fun!

After about an hour the heat of what seemed like hundreds of kids running around, started to get to myself and Phoebe, I was roasting and Phoebe wanted a drink so at the entrance to the play area Phoebe stood and had a drink, as we were about to make our way back in she threw an almighty tantrum, flailing her arms around at kids who were walking past so I had to take her to one side until she calmed down, heading outside to cool off appeared to do her the world of good.

After lunch we then headed to Aberdeen to do some shopping with Grandma before heading back home, it appears that the hour or so of running around in the play area completely tired her out! This is also Phoebe's new travel bed, a bargain from Amazon at £28, it just blows up using a little pump, has sides so she cant fall out, and a built in sleeping bag, and as Phoebe discovered today, it can be used like a bouncy castle!
