Luk Chup - mini Thai Marzipan

Luk Chup is one of my favourite Thai candies. It's mainly made of ground green bean (bean paste) mixed with coconut milk and sugar and then coated with gelatin. It is usually moulded by hands into a shape of fruit or vegetable and painted with food colors. It does take a handfull of skills to make these!

Unfortunately, I didn't make these myself. However, I want to share this lovely thai candy with all of you!

So hard to pick which one I should eat first....hmm...
