Light Bulb Moment

It's been dubbed the ultimate ladder, a multifunction marvel capable of converting into 13 different positions with a couple of quick click-clicks of the hinges. Unfortunately, they also forget to mention that, unless you've got an engineering degree, you're also left to your own devices to figure out--without an instruction manual--how to set up all these very versatile positions. I managed to contort the ladder into an L or an M or an uneven V-shape, but it never morphed into something I could actually use. At this point I'll be happy to just get it into a simple A-frame so I can change the chandelier light bulbs.
