Value number 8!

My company have 7 values, but in our office we have an 8th!! My colleague J always jokes about taking ownership of things! 'take ownership of it' is yelled around our office about 50 times a day!! So today we printed off the meaning of ownership for J and she stuck it to the White board & added her own contribution!! Our boss was a big confused but laughed!
