What's Up Mum?

The cygnet was a Reluctant Blipper this afternoon.
He was much more interested in getting Kisses From His Mum.

Needless to say the council workers have failed to turn up to finish fixing the drain covers.
The Gap Between Them is onlt just wide enough for a car (vans - and the bin lorries - have no chance).
The edges are really sharp and I can't see it being long before somebodies tyre gets ruined and their day does not go well.

Talking of days not going well .......................
I would love to know the story behind THIS|
Has somebody stolen the carry rack and left the bike?
Is there a body lying somewhere?
Does somebodies sense of humour need realigned?
