Interesting chap this....found him near Covent Garden this afternoon....didnt move until someone placed money in his collection pot....then he got all touchy feely....I still cant make my mind up i am i sure that the face is a mask....I gave him a pound for letting me take the pic then it was all pats on the back and hand shakes.......
