Girdlebuster Pie

My husband has been making his favourite dessert over the last few nights. It's a heart attack on a plate, so we don't have it often, but it tastes fantastic if you like sweet things.

It consists of a digestive biscuit and chocolate base, an ice cream filling and the topping is home made butterscotch sauce. It's no oil painting, but Girdlebuster Pie is the perfect name for it.

Fortunately Unfortunately, he made two!!!!!
