Winterblues?

This appears to be an increasing problem.

Research by many health experts has shown that the Winterblues can be attributed to a relative lack of light.

After all, in autumn, winter and early spring the days are shorter than in spring and summer, causing us to absorb a considerably smaller amount of light. Scientific studies have indicated that light baths can help us fight the Winterblues. To make up for the lack of light, Philips has developed the EnergyLight. It gives you the extra amount of light you do not get during the dark season of the year.

The result: you will have more energy, which will simply make you feel better. Approximately 90% of the people who have used bright light regularly found significant relief to their symptoms. Clinical test have shown that people feel much more energetic.

Cool i'll have 10 please, or maybe the NHS should offer a free winter sunshine break?
