I've experienced a Winterlicious lunch, and now a Summerlicious dinner.
Absolutely delicious; I wish I'd made better use of my camer to capture the food, but it all looked so delicious (and it was late and I was hungry) that I only took a couple shots of each course.

We decided to try the french cuisine offered at Biff's Bistro which offered a $25 prix fixe menu for Summerlicious (and I must admit that anything that calls itself a 'bistro' receives many additional brownie points in my books).

For the appetizer, I ordered the gazpacho with shrimp hache & crème fraîche; I had the roasted pork loin with fingerling potato & apple gastrique for the entree, and finished the meal with the lemon cake with blueberry compote & lemon crème. I also ordered a watermelon lemonade, but they had run out, so the server brought strawberry guava drinks instead.

Three words: De. Li. Cious.
