A snail's shower

We decided that it was time to give the snail a shower while her home was getting cleaned out. Apart from loving being under the stream of water from the tap, she did try and escape across the kitchen table... slowly of course ;)

Last night though she gave us all a scare when we discovered a pale lump growing quickly out of the side of her head. A few googlings later and we discovered, to our embarrassment, that the "lump" was in fact her "male bits" (with snails being hermaphrodites). No photos were taken, as I do not believe in the black market "snail porn" movement ;)
