Cloudy water

Clouds on the saltmarsh of the Leven Estuary. Cumbria.

I took too many pictures and couldn't decide what to use. I showed my original choice to my wife after I had uploaded it, and she was totally unimpressed, so I went for this instead.

Taken very early in the morning when I was out doing my, almost last, Breeding Bird Atlas visit for 2010 - one of these days soon I'll get a lie-in. I still like my original of samphire and Chapel Island, but I shall have to find somewhere else to put it.
