The fly

I should really have posted a picture of the guys at Inners today. It was good to get them back on their bikes and on the hill.

However, the job of a father with a camera is a rather boring one. As such I started watching the flys as they landed on the thistles at the edge of the track. Not the prettiest of creatures, but they did keep me company in between 'runs', so I thought I would do this one a favour and immortalise him (or her......) on Blipfoto!
