Police State

Some kids with a stencil and spray paint have been spraying anything that doesn't move in a run-down part of Leeds. I think the barbed wire and the out-of-focus stencil work well together.

I'd like to say I went for the out-of-focus look but the truth is the low light gave a slow shutter speed and flash killed the effect.
