Major Accomplishment on a Blah Day

Definitely under the weather today. Sneeze after sneeze! So, to get better quicker and to not give to others what I got, I was homebound for the day.

About six months ago I had shelves collapse in a closet and one of my lenses took a dive breaking the lens hood. With the replacement part being more than $90 I've been loathe to buy it. But with a big trip coming up I really needed some sort of lens hood. So, today I finally got it fixed with some brute force. I dug out a rubber mallet, normally used to put Elfa storage systems together and pounded it back together.

Now I'm back in bed watching the movie Mr. & Mrs. Smith which I never tire of seeing.
