A Little Bit of Garden Time

On my way back out to weed a bit more...we planted our garden in cow manure, so it grows very well. This could take all day....

This is from our zucchini plant. I have learned my lesson in past years, and only planted one plant this year...we still have too much. Any great recipes out there?
