According to the hotel owner today's 10 hour downpour was not proper rain.

We sat it out in the hotel until it got lighter and headed for the Maharana's vintage cars - which were actually fascinating. Then to a coffee chain, first time we'd found chains here. And watched the rain fill the road.

3 got a rickshaw and the rest walked - which quickly turned into a wade. Splashy forgot the gutter and fell in it, this is her laughing after and running up the road. The locals thought it was noteworthy, we thought splashy was notworthy.

After a marathon monopoly game we headed out for another rooftop, it looks in the full moonlight as though the water in the lake is rising.

I've backblipped a few days from the last couple of weeks, I'm impressed with the folk that found them without me trailing them like this.
