I'm sure I cut this plant down with a view to removing it - no clue what the flower is though...!

Also wasn't as careful as I should have been in photoshop either - probably as I couldn't decide if I wanted it in colour, b&w or a bit of both!

First full day on my new job today went well I think and again I have avoided doing any of the prep I had planned to do for camp tonight - maybe tomorrow...?
