Ouch!

Yes this is my knee
Yes I fell over on the way home from work
Yes my tootsies (toes) are very painful too & think I've broken them again
Yes it blinkin hurt

Hurt all down my left side which is why I'm back blipin' - did that thing of putting my hands forward to try to break my fall and ended up with pains from my fingertips all the way up to and across my shoulders. This song gave me an excuse to shed a wee tear.

PS It's Monday night & I'm hobbling but although the tootsies are still sore my leg feels better even if it doesn't look very pretty.
