badass baby's bib

...not to be confused with kickass kid's coat...

been sewing on this bib all day yesterday - kind of tricky with the bias tape and all the round corners. i'm such a sewing novice... but i really liked it until jonas' reaction on the phone was slightly sceptical:

me: "it's done. i think it's kind of cool. it has a pirate's skull on and red stripes like a pirate's shirt."
jonas: *silence* "uhum... why?"

so, i'm depending heavily on your opinion: to all of you moms and dads, aunties, uncles, grannies and granddads: is it alright to give this bib to a young mom and her then 3/4 year old little daughter?
