The Sky Has Fallen!

Not really, just feels like it.

Before I left for work this afternoon, I noticed vesicles breaking out of my skin... I thought I must be allergic to something. Then I remembered I was feverish for the past few days, was quite lethargic, aside from an aching back..... classic symptoms of chicken pox?!?

Still drove to work but went straight to see my boss to have it looked at, then was referred to Infection Control. Called in to see my GP and my suspicion was proven right. What a nightmare!

I expect I'll be isolated in my home for a week or so. The sky has opened its floodgates and the rain keeps falling on my head! First, a bad back and then this? Oh my!
