Tar?

This was taken on a different post round that I had to do today, it's actually next to the one I usually do but I hate having to do it for some reason. Maybe it's because I don't know so many people on that round, or the fact that I seem to be going round and round in circles all the time and at almost all times I can see the house up on the hill where I start.

This plaque is almost at the end of the round on the fence of a rather grand house that's sadly been split into flats.

When I was younger I always though Mr Macadam was called Tar Macadam, how silly!
