Zeus

Today was a very warm day. We went to the family aquatic center, the swimming pool in East Lansing. Once again the girls had a great time. I wasn't sure if I would be allowed to take pictures at the pool and I didn't want to take my camera there anyway.

The friend we are staying with has a roommate. His name is Jim and he has a dog called Zeus. Jim is away for a couple of days and we are taking care of his dog. Zeus is a very friendly German shepherd. He loves to play fetch and our girls don't mind throwing his toy away as far as they can. When we returned Zeus needed to get out and Nienke, Inge and Ellis took turns throwing his toy. Zeus will try to jump and catch the toy (a rubber ring) mid-air as shown in this shot.

Tomorrow we are leaving for Au Gres. That may sound French but it is actually very close to Lake Huron. We will be there for a couple of days and we will return to East Lansing on Friday which will be in time for a special event taking place in the weekend. More about that later...
