Placemat

Busy day today. Lois had cataract surgery on her second eye. Out for breakfast at noon after the procedune. Then home for the routine of eye drops. First eye was a major improvement and we hope the same result for this eye. However it will be a day or so before we know.

This photo is one that I have been wanting to do for a while. It is a closeup of a kitchen placenmat taken with the Elph on auto that the camera switches to flower / closeup mode.
Makes for fine detail.
