Crisp, green and all dressed!

My 50th post, still a very very very long way to go. Well no goals set but i just hope i keep posting a pic per day as long as i can.

I wanted to click something different, something out of the way kinds, but could manage only a home-made recipe today.

An Ice-cream or something else?? Well its clear that its a bowl of greens with dressing on it, but somehow it also gives me a feeling of ice-cream, in which the fork again gives away the secret.

Its been a 'bowl of greens per day' policy since yesterday. Being a foodie myself, i enjoyed taking this pic as much as eating!
