I took a few shots today of this loaf and this was my favourite, despite the big shiny bit in the middle.

My son calls this Mummy Toast as at the toddler groups we frequented when he was wee the children got pan bread and the Mummys got plain bread which, when it is toasted and spread with an unhealthy amount of butter, is delicious!
