Sword Swallower

Chaos Daddy had a day off today so we decided to have a rare day out in Edinburgh, December was the last time we ventured to the city.

We made use of our Historic Scotland membership yet again by visiting the castle. It was ridiculously busy so it was a bit of a chore to be honest. The highlight of the castle visit for The Bros was watxhing the One O'clock Gun going off with an almighty bang.

A wander up & down the Royal Mile proved as entertaining as ever with a few acts getting into gear for the festival. The sword swallower was The Bros favourite, he did a few tricks with the sword, some fire eating and lying on beds of nails but the sword swallowing took his act into a league of it's own. I wouldn't have believed it possible if I hadn't witnessed it myself.

TGI Friday's for some food then back home on the train with some very tired boys.
