Ellis Park Race Course

Went with a friend to Ellis Park to see the horses race around the track. I'd not been there since I was a little kid, neither had my friend. I got some great shots of the races, and I did bet on one race. I picked hose #3 to win ($2). It was a long shot at 12 to 1. Then I put $2 to win, $2 to place and $2 to show on horse #2 a very long shot at about 50 to 1. Horse #3 won. (Which was the forth horse with #3 to win in a row!?) #2 was in the middle of the pack. So I'd bet a total of $8, and I won $27.40! So I left while I was ahead!

No, I'm not a gambler. Just went to get photos of the horses.
