I'll have a Blue Wednesday everyday!
This is Blueberry Brulee, recipe courtesy of Smitten Kitchen*. I read about, knew I had to make it and she was right, it's the best thing I ever had for a long time!
3 ingredients, 2c. berries, 2c. sour cream and 1c. brown sugar!
Mix the first 2 lightly, distribute brown sugar evenly, put under the broiler until caramelized.
YUM!!
Go wild, substitute the berries for other fruit, the sour cream for greek yoghurt or crème fraiche. Either way it's going to be delicious, make enough so you have left overs for breakfast and add some granola!
