Silves, Portugal

Stork's-eye view..from the castle walls...this was out hottest day, we were already sunburnt and couldn't face another day on the beach, so we headed inland..the town of Silves was certainly beautiful, but also about 10 degrees hotter than the coast.

In this town the Communist Party HQ was next door to the police station.

I was really hoping I could get a "workers of the world unite" sticker for my suitcase.
