Rusty water

Really didn't feel like work this morning as I didn't sleep well last night you know those nights where you just toss and turn all night. I heard Paul getting up and leaving the house at 4am as he was going up to Thirsk in Yorkshire for the week. He's on a course. I went downstairs to get a drink and realised he'd left his laptap behind and all the details of the course and who he was to report to at the Barracks.

When I rang him he was on the M6 so too far away to come back. So I ended up reading through the course details and relating them by text to him. Needless to say by this time I wasn't able to sleep again. Got through the day but I think an early one is in order tonight. We'll see.

Over to the ruins of the Greenfield mill for a quick walk before tea. Following my theme of water I came across this rusty water outlet which has been here for years. Loved the colours in this so I thought a worthy blip for today.

Cant believe its only half seven and its pitch black outside.
