Yes, we do have mountains...

...and they are even that big that you can see them in the far distance, and that there is snow on them in July (not all of the white stuff in the background is clouds, some of it is indeed snowy mountains)

Every time I see the mountains I think again> Oh wow, that is indeed purely f****** amazing!

It's good to live somewhere where you can have thoughts like that.

Cycled through the city staring at slackliners, people outside in the park drinking wine, spied at the outside theater besides the bears park, checked the free festival at the Bundesplatz...
Now off for a good-night drink at the city beach most probably offering more nice views over the city. Tomorrow will bring a 100km cycle around one of the big swiss lakes.
Being in Bern is not that bad. Not that bad at all.
