New Old Vase

I went off into town at lunchtime today in search of a very specific kind of vase. Blow me if I didn't find what I wanted in the third charity shop I visited and for the princely sum of £2.50. Well about three quid actually as I just emptied all the change from my purse and told them to keep it. I wasn't taking a chance - I did have an idea of how much was in there!

I do plan to use this vase for some Hydrangea shots that I've wanted to do for ages - with my dead, from the gutter, Hydrangea heads I picked up in Morningside last summer. I tried this evening but can't quite get what I'm after so plonked a Lily in there instead.

It's come out ok I think......
