Carbon Footprint?

tsp spilt some sugar on the floor then stepped in it. seeing as sugar is a carbohydrate which includes carbon, hydrogen and oxygen we decided it was quite clearly a carbon footprint.
very sleepy at work today. and probably again tomorrow :(
