mommy deer(est)

today on our walk gracie and i saw this mom deer with 2 little fawns. when the fawns saw us, they ran away across the street. the mom was stuck between staying out of view and running right in front of us to get to her babies. i did not get any good pictures of her leaping across the street because this whole thing had gracie quite worked up.
