Elvis and Space Girls

It was the fancy dress parade today to mark the start of the festival. I went to the end of the street to watch some of it passing by. My daughter passed by but didn't want to stop and chat.

There were various floats. A recreation of Grease by one of the local schools, a Flintstones look a like car and then Elvis entered the street followed closely by Space girls. Not sure if there was a link but it was fun to watch.
