The winds of weather have changed and blown out the cover of smog that usually veils the city.
The pier with the amusement park in the foreground is the Santa Monica Pier.

I thought it was kind of cool that in this picture, you can see the cities of Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, El Segundo, and Manhattan Beach-- that's what I call depth of field!
