Welcome to Portsmouth

Today some friends came to visit as one was running in a race nearby. I gave him a lift to the Mountbatton Centre for the meet and as we came off the roundabout to go down to the centre we spotted this, which made us both laugh.

So after dropping the friend off I had to stop off on the way home to take a picture of it.

Just for the record quite a few parts of Portsmouth are quite nice and worth a visit, and as you can tell the locals have a good sense of humour!
