Blip-meet in Fenner Nature Center, Lansing, MI

Almost two weeks ago we came to America. And today, AmErica came to us. To Lansing that is, where we met up with Erica and her husband (more commonly known as 'the Beloved' in Erica's journal) for a Holland-America blip-meet. She came with awesome surprises for the girls: their very own bags with their own names on it. And they were filled with candy and a beany-baby too! Thank you so much, that was very much appreciated!

We had a wonderful time exploring Fenner Nature Center and spotted dragonflies, butterflies, frogs, turkeys and turtles. And this totem pole. After that we went to Potter Park, where we enjoyed some food and some more conversation while the children were enjoying themselves in the playground. I couldn't believe it was around four 'o clock and we had spent well over five hours. Endless fun; thanks guys! Definitely worth another go next year, either in America or Holland.
